Role Purpose
The Warehouse Specialist is the primary support component within Billfold's Warehouse & Logistics  team which primarily focuses on the storage, maintenance, QA and shipping of equipment. The purpose of this role is to support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager with warehouse organization, inventory management and maintaining the warehouse management system to facilitate the successful execution of network and RFID deployments.

Role Responsibilites

    • Ensure that deployment packing lists are accurate, picked, and shipped in a timely fashion. This includes but is not limited to cleaning, tagging, configuring, building and testing equipment, building travel kits of general event tools and supplies, and screening for damaged equipment.
    • Responsible for the movement of inventory items through inbound staging, inventory, and outbound staging zones within the warehouse.
    • Maintain accurate inventory count, perform end-of-day/week reports, and submit to management.
    • Perform QA checks on RFID equipment as needed for upcoming events. This includes checking fasteners, confirming tablet functionality, checking software configuration, testing electronic components, and more. 
    • Routinely perform cleanliness and maintenance checks on RFID & Connect equipment.
    • Maintain overall warehouse cleanliness.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required)

    • 2+ years of warehouse experience.
    • Proficient understanding of warehouse management procedures.
    • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, and GMail).Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Preferred)

    • Experience with warehouse management systems.
    • Live event on-site experience.
    • Familiarization with networking and RFID hardware.
    • Available to work evenings and weekends Intermittently.

Physical Requirement

    • Work is performed in a warehouse environment and must be able to perform extensive standing, driving, walking, and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 100lbs.
    • Must be able to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. 
    • Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb to reach materials (must be able to climb a step ladder at approximately three feet in height and to work from a lift up to twenty feet in height)
$25 - $30 an hour
