Reporting directly to our Senior Director of Marketing, you'll be instrumental in fostering growth and strengthening relationships with our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

    • You'll serve as the liaison between the marketing and account management teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of strategies. 
    • You'll develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at reducing churn, expanding our customer base, and identifying opportunities for upselling. 
    • You'll create compelling content tailored to existing customers, such as case studies, guest blogs, and testimonial capture initiatives, to showcase success stories and encourage customer advocacy. 
    • You'll organize and execute engaging webinars focused on customer education and engagement, providing valuable insights and fostering a sense of community among our customers. 
    • You'll collaborate with the marketing team on social listening and engagement strategies to maintain a strong customer relationship and address any concerns or feedback effectively. 

Qualifications

    • Proven experience in creating content for customer marketing, account management, or related roles, with a focus on reducing churn, expansion, and upselling.
    • Strong understanding of ABM
    • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics aimed at customer retention and expansion.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to specific audiences.
    • HubSpot and SEM Rush Content Marketing Certification
    • WordPress proficiency.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Good knowledge of GA4
    • Bilingualism is an asset.
