About the Web3 Young Talent Program
The Web3 Young Talent Program at Binance offers a unique immersion into the dynamically growing Web3 sector. This full-time role will allow you to access behind-the-scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem, instilling valuable insights. We not only offer a job, but we also provide a dedicated training cohort targeting the enhancement of your core technical abilities and soft skills needed for professional success. This is a full time position.
Who may apply
Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Requirements
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of the Web3 Wallet
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution of activities to increase user base and engagements
- Stimulates users through effective activity programs, accomplishing key indicators such as promoting innovation and liveliness
- Have strong data analysis ability, skilled in finding growth points, finding problems according to the data and adjusting the plan
Responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, able to complete the business docking with products, technology and other departments
- Clear thinking, meticulous, proactive, patient, strong ability to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
