We are looking for professional, experienced candidates to be a part of our growing global team. The successful candidate will be part of the in-house localization team and will work closely with internal clients and linguists (freelancers, in-house translators and agencies). The candidate will manage multilingual localization projects of various scope and impact within the timeframe agreed with the requestors.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly and professionally with colleagues on assigned projects.
- Ensure communication is clear and concise on project requirements to vendors.
- Monitor status and track the delivery of projects.
- Possess strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Create clear and efficient workflows as well as improve on existing ones.
- Build good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Compile weekly and ad hoc reports as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Localization Project Manager.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Passion for technology and blockchain.
- Experience in managing localization of user interfaces and software.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management.
- In-depth knowledge of translation management software (SDL Trados, Memsource, Smartling, MemoQ) and CAT tools.
- Excellent knowledge of various file formats and project management software.
- Degree in related fields (linguistics, translation-related degrees preferred).
- Ability to cope under pressure and to work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with remote teams.
- Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
