Binance is looking for an experienced professional from the crypto industry to provide account coverage and support the growth of the business. This role will leverage relationship development and account management skills, combined with the production knowledge of Binance platform and trading to help clients grow their business operation in Binance. This role will help to join the individual client’s growth needs with the business development of Binance and its VIP/Institutional market. The role will also help Binance to build better production solutions for VIP and Institutional clients.

Responsibilities

    • Primary point of contact for a number of institutional/VIP clients.
    • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs.
    • Identify growth opportunities for clients and help to acquire resources to help realise the opportunities.
    • Becoming the expert of Binance product offerings & features and work closely with key stakeholders of Binance business units for upsell and cross selling opportunities.
    • Render your support to assist clients to navigate Binance’s product offering, VIP structure, and key updates and changes on the Binance platform. Provide support for client’s VIP upgrade and other product configurations.
    • Proactively identify mid-tier VIP and 'lost users' and launch initiatives to drive development trading growth.
    • Analysis of user behaviour, tracking the status, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports for key clients.

Requirements

    • At least 5 years working experience in account management/sales function from financial/trading institutions.
    • Product knowledge from working in exchange/broker/trading firms.
    • Understand common trading strategies and how trading firms operate to make profit.
    • Strong client management skills including maintaining strong relationships, organizing client profiles and incentivise client business activities, etc.
    • Strong communication skills (bilingual preferred, English + another language), ability to be flexible in a variety of situations.
    • Ability to support the teams’ efforts through strategic advice on account strategies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to deliver the right outcomes for our clients and the business.
    • Understanding of trading systems and API are strong plus.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Passionate about crypto, industry experience is highly preferred.
