About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Current university students and recent graduates
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Growth Marketing Manager on performance marketing and lifecycle projects.
- Possess a data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
- Create engaging content and enhance campaign performance through optimization.
- Support day-to-day operations related to lifecycle tasks and material localization.
- Monitor current market trends to stay informed and adaptive.
- Foster close collaboration with the design and product teams.
- Contribute to both online and offline growth campaigns and events.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Bachelors in Marketing or related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Self-learning personality and ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
- Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable.
- Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience is a plus.
