Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and software engineers to design scalable and secure blockchain architectures that meet business and technical requirements, and conduct code review for peers
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Rust/Solidity, test, deploy contract to blockchain
- Write and maintain java project
- Design high reliability services that can withstand large fluctuations in traffic
- Monitor our backend performance, identify performance bottlenecks, and find ways to reliably resolve them
- Collaborate effectively with other staff to solve complex problems
Qualifications:
- At least three years of software development experience
- A solid foundation with Rust
- Hands-on experience with Solana smart contract and its ecosystem
- Ability to write robust, highly efficient, reliable code
- Familiar with Java and related technologies
- BSc in Computer Science, Math, or similar
- Experience with web3 LSD and Solana spl-stake-pool is a big plus
- Experience with Solidity is a big plus
