Responsibilities:
- Research into competitors and feedback from users to deliver optimal product designs.
- Formulate UI/UX solutions for optimization requirements and new product features.
- Implement the proposed solutions accordingly via product development process.
- Cooperate with PMs to optimize product design from an UI/UX perspective.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing financial trading products.
- Solid background of UI/UX optimization for 2 years or above.
- Able to interact with users and dig out their true needs behind.
- Comfortably perform in a fast-changing working environment.
- Knowledge in front-end development technology is a big plus.
- Fluent in English.
