Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Paid Ads Team in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and daily performance tracking.
- Help gather and organize campaign data for reporting and analysis.
- Learn and apply best practices for paid social advertising under mentorship.
- Support documentation of workflows, processes, and campaign learnings.
- Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build paid ads knowledge.
- Assist with ad copy and creative testing initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the paid ads team as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising.
- Previous internship or coursework related to digital marketing or advertising is a plus.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with data and learning new tools.
