    • Support the Business Development team to enhance existing banking and wallet fiat channels, including liaising with internal teams (finance, risk, compliance, legal, product etc.) and external fiat partners, to improve the channel conversion rate and user flow
    • Design and implement go-to-market strategies to boost fiat volume growth, facilitate content building and promotion strategies, seek ways to improve our customer experience, and optimise product features to grow fiat’s active users
    • Stay up to date with local users, community feedback and competitor insights to optimise product offering, marketing and operation strategies
    • Lead local fiat growth and other business development activities, explore collaboration opportunities with local fiat partners, blockchain/crypto communities and associations to expand fiat awareness in the global market
    • Portfolio management: explore new uses case and integrate the various overseas companies into the binance eco-system with a growth strategy attached
    • Manage inbound and outbound new business opportunities (partnerships), manage negotiations and execute new deals as required


    • Min 8 years experience in the payment industry or other relevant field
    • A degree or relevant work experience, a major in Finance/International Business is preferred
    • Previous operational experience with banking/wallet channels is a plus
    • Interest in Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain and trading or finance/banking/payments industry
    • Attention to detail with excellent communication skills and patience
    • Data-savvy, understand basic metrics of operations
    • Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively
    • Capable of working under pressure
    • Cooperative with strong team spirit and willingness to motivate colleagues on the Customer Support Team
    • Fluent in English, additional regional languages are a bonus
