Role and Responsibilities

    • Binance Korea Customer experience
    • Respond to customers' inquiries through voice, email, chat, etc.
    • Provide operation guide information via customer email and online channels
    • Collect and analyze on customer’s feedbackResponse to the customer grievances and complaints
    • Ad-hoc customer service inquiries
    • Creating proposals for improving Binance Korea’s functions and service quality
    • Identify and manage key customer needs and improve customer experience based on the call data

Requirements

    • Experience in CS field more than 1 year or equivalent
    • Possess flexible and logical communication skill with compatible tone and manner
    • Deep dive mindset in solving problems 
    • Problem solving ability with responsible attitude 
    • Good fit working in a horizontal flat team structure 
    • Good listener 
    • Help boost the morale of the team with positive and bright mindset
