Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, design, delivery and promote of AI agent platform to serve internal users(Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, Finance, etc.)
- Use big data and AI to build AI agents such as chat bot, content generation and review, data analysis copilot to improve the efficiency of internal operations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, and business operations team to achieve product objectives.
- Promote AI agents, share use cases, organize AI trainings to increase the user adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Must have product design experience in CS bot and AI assistant
- Have a good communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Process strong data analysis and user insight skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
