About the Web3 Young Talent Program
 
The Web3 Young Talent Program at Binance offers a unique immersion into the dynamically growing Web3 sector. This full-time role will allow you to access behind-the-scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem, instilling valuable insights. We not only offer a job, but we also provide a dedicated training cohort targeting the enhancement of your core technical abilities and soft skills needed for professional success. Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

We are offering multiple software engineer opportunities in the field of QA, Kotlin Engineering/JavaScript Engineering. The successful candidates will be an integral part of our Web3 Wallet team and contribute to the growth and development of Web3 technologies.

Responsibilities

    • Participate in the quality assurance process for the development and maintenance of our web3 wallet products.
    • Collaborate closely with the development team to understand product requirements and specifications.
    • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of web3 wallet products.
    • Conduct both manual and automated testing, utilizing industry-standard tools and frameworks.
    • Identify and report software defects, track issues, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the web3 space, and incorporate relevant insights into QA strategies.
    • Provide timely and detailed feedback to stakeholders on product quality and performance.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field, with a strong academic record.
    • Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies, with hands-on experience in testing web applications.
    • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
    • Passion for web3 technologies and a user-centric mindset.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and tools in the rapidly evolving web3 landscape.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
