Who May Apply
Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality content across multiple formats — blogs, CRM, banners, landing pages, press releases, social copy, and video scripts — to support Tier 1 product launches and major global campaigns.
- Work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content clearly explains Binance products, educates users, and drives engagement.
- Produce compelling content packages for product updates and cross-BU campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Translate complex crypto and Web3 concepts into simple, engaging narratives for global audiences.
- Edit and improve agency or third-party content to meet Binance’s brand voice and quality standards.
- Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to optimize existing content for traffic, discoverability, and user experience.
- Deliver content on time under tight deadlines, adapting quickly to shifting campaign and product marketing needs.
- Monitor and report performance metrics (e.g. page views, CTR, conversions) to measure impact and guide future improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years (or more) of experience in content marketing, editorial, or copywriting — ideally in crypto, fintech, or tech.
- Excellent writing and editing skills across multiple formats and channels, with a portfolio demonstrating clarity and impact.
- Ability to simplify technical or financial products into user-friendly content.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content performance metrics.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional global teams.
- Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining quality under pressure.
