Responsibilities
- User operation: In view of new user growth, active user retention, active, put forward effective promotion plan, form a long-term positive optimization strategy.
- Activity operation: Stimulates users through effective activity programs, accomplishing key indicators such as promoting innovation and liveliness.
- Product operation: Collect user comments and feedback to related departments to improve user experience.
- Have strong data analysis ability, skilled in finding growth points, finding problems according to the data and adjusting the plan.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in user/activity operation.
- Strong communication skills, able to complete the business docking with products, technology and other departments.
- Clear thinking, meticulous, proactive, patient, strong ability to work under pressure.
- Blockchain experience is preferred.
