Gulf Binance is on the lookout for an OTC & Partnership Lead who will spearhead a new OTC product to our user. He or she will be responsible for continuous improvement of the OTC product usage and experience. As OTC is primarily a service for high volume users, this role will also be managing our VIP and other value customers including sourcing and maintaining these users on our platform. Additionally the role will also include broader partnership responsibility to drive user acquisition and awareness of Gulf Binance platform.

Responsibilities:

    • Understand the needs of the VIP users. Drive and obtain user insights of VIP customers.
    • Design and implement end to end user experience for VIP customers.
    • Responsible for product roadmap to serve VIP customer including the OTC product.
    • Owner of the OTC product and responsible for usage and revenue of the product.
    • Devise and execute user acquisition and retention strategy for VIP segment.
    • Drive OTC product usage among user base in particular VIP segment.
    • Support the team in sourcing and managing large scale partnership to drive user and volume for Gulf Binance platform.
    • Work closely with cross functional teams to successfully drive all initiatives.

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, sales and business development roles.
    • Have P&L experience in managing specific product/ solution.
    • Detailed oriented and comfortable with large numbers.
    • Strong interpersonal skills as the role will be largely external facing with clients and partners.
    • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment often with uncertainty.
    • Native fluency in Thai and fluent in both written and verbal English.
    • Effective communicator, able to represent Binance to external stakeholders.
    • User-focused, data-driven approach to decision making.
    • Entrepreneurial self-starter, high sense of ownership, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision.
    • A keen interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space is essential.
    • Experience in relationship management/ VIP management will be a big plus.
