Responsibilities

    • Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify product opportunities and gaps.
    • Propose innovative product ideas and improvements based on market research, user feedback, and industry insights to address evolving user needs and preferences.
    • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to internal business units, leveraging data-driven insights to support business growth and product optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product strategies.

Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in crypto exchanges, product management, or a related field.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
    • In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry, with a passion for staying informed about the latest market trends and opportunities, both off-chain and on-chain.
    • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency business and ecosystem, including various products.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a data-driven approach, capable of handling high pressure and a fast-paced work environment.
