About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who may apply
 Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and analyze on-chain transactions related to Binance’s products to identify patterns and anomalies. 
    • Assist with forensic investigations into suspicious activities, including tracing asset movements and uncovering typologies of fraud or abuse. 
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key on-chain findings for the Internal Audit team.  
    • Work with internal teams and external data providers to aggregate, clean, and interpret blockchain data.  
    • Help design and implement scripts/tools to automate on-chain audit processes and streamline data analysis.  
    • Stay up to date on DeFi protocols, smart contracts, and evolving best practices in on-chain analytics.
    • Collaborate with auditors and compliance officers to support risk assessments and remediation strategies.

Requirements:

    • Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.  
    • Strong interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and on-chain analytics.
    • Familiarity with public blockchain (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain) and how transactions work. 
    • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL) and blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, BscScan).  
    • Ability to interpret raw blockchain data and synthesize actionable insights. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
    • High attention to detail, ethics, and personal integrity.
    • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of smart contracts, DeFi, and common on-chain risks.
    • Prior internship or project experience conducting data analytics or blockchain forensic analyses.
