We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a member of the People Operations & Talent Team, you will have the opportunity to design the full recruitment life cycle for our rapidly growing organization. Reporting to the Head of People Operations & Talent, you’ll collaborate closely with the People Operations team and hiring managers to create a best-in-class candidate and new hire experience. You will own talent acquisition, including recruitment operations.

What you will be doing

    • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and culture in all aspects of the recruiting process and assist with strategies for attracting and hiring diverse talent
    • Own full recruitment process including sourcing, interview, feedback, and offer processes
    • Own processes and identify and implement improvements and best practices in the ATS, Lever
    • Develop and execute creative strategies to source and select the best talent in the market while ensuring a first-class candidate experience
    • Establish and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies to ensure we are placing quality talent in a timely, cost-effective manner
    • Develop a deep understanding of assigned positions and business needs by identifying required skills, experience, competencies and other intangible job profile preferences, and calibrating sourcing as needed
    • Manage a diverse requisition load, which often requires sourcing passive candidates
    • Gain a deep understanding of our industry and value proposition and communicate this effectively to candidates
    • Develop and build the capabilities of Biobot employees to serve as an extension of the People team by increasing their skills and confidence in assessing quality talent 
    • Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics, and use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve our overall effectiveness
    • Enhance brand awareness by developing external partnerships via career fairs, university events, community programs, and similar opportunities
    • Create compelling job descriptions and postings
    • Other duties as assigned to support the Talent and People Operations team

What you need to succeed

    • Minimum 5 years proven experience of full cycle recruiting experience
    • Experience independently partnering with management on hiring initiatives 
    • Demonstrated experience leveraging data to guide decision making 
    • Proven ability to influence change and take ownership of a recruiting process or campaign
    • Strong ability to engage passive candidates and build diverse pipelines through referrals, direct sourcing, external agencies, etc. 
    • Prior experience with Lever or similar ATS
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and creative skills across the entire hiring cycle 
    • Well-organized
