We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the technical definition, delivery, and management of our BioDashboard Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Platform. The BioDashboard Platform enables clinicians to concurrently monitor thousands of patients, both in-hospital and in the home. An ideal candidate for this role will bring deep experience in the remote patient monitoring space and ademonstrated ability towork within an agile team to deliver excellent clinical user experiences.
What you will be doing
- Serves as Product Owner in an agile development team. Responsible for backlog grooming, authoring epics & user stories, ensuring alignment on requirements and proposed solutions between technical and business functions.
- Works closely with the Commercial Product Management team to understand businessobjectives and user needs,subsequently translating needs into detailed technical requirements which can be executed upon with the engineering team.
- Collaborates with developers and QA testers to ensure that the design outputs meet the design inputs and requirements and ensure that testing coverage is thoroughand bugs or integration issues are quicklyidentified and resolved.
- Draws upon technical expertise and collaborates with engineering team to identify solutions that align with product strategy, design direction, and technical capabilities.
- Collaborates broadly to orchestrate crucial pre-work activities such as user-story mapping, use case definition, and identification of technical dependencies.
- Works with the Scrum Master on leading scrum ceremonies: daily standup, ticket refinement, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
- Works with the Scrum Master to manage sprint schedules and delegating work amongst developers, ensure that the tasks align with the priorities and available resources, and escalating cross-team dependencies.
- Communicates updates on project status, release timeline, and post implementation performance to Commercial Product Manager to support release processes.
- Supports the implementation and integrations teams by working with developers to resolve customer reports issues as they arise, during and after the releases, and communicating those changes back to the implementation and integrations teams.
What you need
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or sufficient professional experience working in a technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in the technical delivery of remote patient monitoring technologies or closely related field
- Experience building cloud-hosted products for healthcare or other regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of modern software development processes and technologies
- Strong grasp of healthcare regulations and privacy principles relevant to the use, storage, and display of health data
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent clinical user experiences
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Customer-focused, collaborative and outcomes-oriented

$80,000 - $120,000 a year
Salary Expectations: Listed comp is total compensation and is based on experience and location
