What you will do

    • The Clinical Solutions Manage rwill report to the COO. Within the Operations team there are five groups: Integrated Supply Chain, Data Services; Program Management, Technical Solution Delivery and Customer Solution Delivery. This role will be in the Customer Solution Delivery group and be responsible for providing clinical support from sales through implementation and post-implementation, using clinical knowledge and experience to develop solutions that meet customer needs.

    • Roles & Responsibilities:
    • In coordination with the sales team, partner with customers during the sales process to understand customer needs and develop a value proposition, business case, and implementation roadmap
    • Lead complex client implementations including reviewing customer’s use cases, determining product solutions, establishing success metrics, and building client relationships to ensure implementations meet customer requirements and BioIntelliSense capabilities
    • Train and educate customers on BioIntelliSense product offerings and value proposition
    • Provide ongoing clinical support and post-implementation improvement and optimization
    • Coordinate with sales/BD, product, data science, customer care and operations teams to ensure successful client implementations
    • Contribute clinical expertise to the end-to-end BioIntelliSense solution, offering support internally and externally
    • Solicit market feedback to drive feature requests and improvements for the product roadmap

What you need

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or RN is required. RT or other clinical degree/certification will be considered
    • 5+ years of professional work experience in a healthcare clinical or hospital setting
    • 2+ years of professional work in a clinical consulting role with a healthcare company
    • Remote patient monitoring or telehealth experience preferred
    • Demonstrated strong organization, time management and project management skills
    • Understanding of HIPAA requirements and compliance
    • Strong communication and relationship management skills, in both pre-sales and post-sales environments
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customer, managers, clinicians/ practitioners and executives on product, clinical expectations, technical integration, and business process
    • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills and ability to independently produce documents
    • Ability to project manage and complete projects in a timely manner
    • General travel expecations are 35-50% travel. There maybe be some periods of 50%+ travel given the number of customer implementations.
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
