What You’ll Do:

    • Accounts Payable
    • Process  invoices into our ERP system
    • Respond to supplier and business questions
    • Preliminary Approval of payment runs
    • Assist with automated payment runs
    • Prepare AP reconciliations and a process around this task, reconcile AP Aging to GL
    • Manage Commercial Invoice and Import Documentation
    • Manage Procurement Terms and Contracts
    • Prepare a regional approval matrix and Fin Ops Controls
    • Enter Payroll Payments for International

    • Financial Accounting
    • Assist with balance sheet account reconciliations relating to the role's area of responsibility, including Bank, Trade Creditors, Trade Debtors, Prepayments, Overhead Accruals, Payroll, Pension and PAYE
    • Track month end accruals and prepayments process
    • Contribute to the design of regional controls and processes
    • Contribute with Process Documentation
    • Assist with Audit Requirements
    • Prepare Audit Files
    • Assist with Local Indirect Tax ReportingManage the Invoice Compliance Review
    • Assist with the YE Compliance Process

    • Asset Management
    • Assist with inventory reconciliations
    • Assist with monthly depreciation/write off of assets

    • FP&A
    • Assist with cash flow forecasts
    • Assist with regional budget forecasts

What You’ll Need:

    • Minimum 4 years general accounting experience and accounts payable experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, accounting, or related field
    • Knowledge of Netsuite/Oracle is a plusAdvanced excel skills SQL Experience is a plus
    • Knowledge of Zendesk or other ticketing software
    • Experience with Asset Management Softwares
    • Advanced English and other languages an advantage
    • Ability to meet deadlinesExcellent organizational and analytical skills
    • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plusTeam Player
    • Great Interpersonal skills
