- Software & Systems Oversight: Supporting and managing tools such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Sentinel One.
- Team Work: Mentoring junior IT team members, supporting training and development.
What you bring to the table:
- Strategic Execution: Ability to see the big picture while executing on day-to-day technical priorities and delivering reliable infrastructure.
- Security-Minded Thinking: Strong awareness of cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management in both proactive and reactive contexts.
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Manage tasks with precision and care, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Hands-On Leadership: Comfortable working in the trenches—solving problems, handling escalations, and leading by example.
- Strategic Thinking: Understand the bigger picture and use technology to support long-term business goals.
- Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise: Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory, and confidence managing these systems at scale.

- Experience working with internal networks, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and backup systems.
- Post-secondary education in an IT-related field is an asset.
