Key Responsibilities:

    • Strong background in Salesforce administration (certifications preferred).
    • Serve as the day-to-day manager of Salesforce reporting and project planning.
    • Execute updates on Salesforce, ranging from small tweaks to large-scale projects, including setting up new fields, report types, automations, and custom objects.
    • Manage Salesforce storage and API limitations, ensuring adherence to best practices and regular updates.
    • Conduct a top-to-bottom assessment of Salesforce settings, rules, and automations.
    • Build relationships with sales teams to tailor Salesforce solutions to the unique needs of Bisnow’s sales efforts, products, and processes.
    • Develop and implement CRM solutions that are customized and accretive to the business.
    • Strive to expand into SalesOps responsibilities, including CRM data analysis and advancing sales processes.
    • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, uncover opportunities, and work closely with Sales Leadership through effective interpersonal communication.
    • Supporting the Sales Team Through Data
    • Own and enhance sales team resources for tracking via Google Sheets, Salesforce reports, and BI tools.
    • Develop advanced, user-friendly, and effective reporting solutions.
    • Build strong relationships with sales VPs to support reporting needs, improve team performance, and enablement of seasonal sales efforts.
    • Aid VPs in creating insightful reports that drive sales team advancement.
