Bisnow's Data Product is the ultimate sales intelligence and prospecting tool for the commercial real estate industry. Our goal is to fully resource the salesperson with the data and information they need to shorten sales cycles and drive revenue. This is a hybrid role out of our HQ in NYC (123 William St.).


    • As an Account Executive, you are the growth engine of our company.  Your primary responsibilities are to identify potential clients, convey our value and, through a consultative sales approach, close new logo deals.
    • Create and execute territory strategy based on prospects’ attributes such as size, industry, and geographic location.
    • Aggressively prospect new business through inbound, warm, and cold leads.
    • Collaborate with sales development representatives, customer success, and product to create optimal client experience.
    • Cultivate sales opportunities and manage pipeline from early stage through signed contract.
    • Identify new revenue opportunities from existing Data Product clients through close relationship with customer success team.
    • Effectively communicate Data Product strategy and vision.
    • Multitask by managing multiple opportunities at the same time.
    • Stay up to date on industry news and develop new ways to attract potential clients.
    • Build internal relationships with Bisnow events and media sales team to drive cross divisional opportunities.
    • Attend Bisnow events regularly to build your own brand and become a trusted source of sales intelligence data.


    • 3 - 8 years of experience in SaaS or DaaS sales.
    • Experience managing and executing goals on a large new logo territory.
    • Proven ability to hit annual revenue targets.
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate value to all levels of the client organization.
    • CRM experience (Salesforce).
    • Entrepreneurial mindset - This is a brand new company and as such we are looking for someone who is willing to wear multiple hats.
