Our team is looking for an ambitious Director of Sales to join our sales team and play a key role in pursuing our growth objectives for 2021 and beyond. The Director of Sales is responsible for defining, developing and executing the company’s revenue strategy to support business growth, enhance brand awareness and manage all marketing functions to help achieve the company’s objectives related to sales, growth, and profitability. 

The Director of Sales will drive sales to mainly SMB and SMEs. Both from sales leads coming from our demand generation partners and activities and identifying his/her own leads leveraging relationships with the CRE industry to promote business development across all aspects of the Upflex enterprise and global growth strategy. This includes developing strategic relationships and partnerships, building and managing sales pipelines, and maximizing revenue and margins.


    • Work directly with CRO and other management to define clear path to successExecute monthly on quarterly KPI’s sales targets to increase sales and revenues 
    • Build plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
    • Building strategic partnerships to align our goals, helping Upflex secure new opportunities and expand into new markets
    • Driving sales performance in a client-oriented solution selling approach, across our enterprise portfolio
    • Defining sales strategies and market campaigns identifying market opportunities and maximizing pipeline development and conversion
    • Serve as an industry thought-leader and influencer to management and partners
    • Follow controls within the organization to ensure proper governance and operational effectiveness
    • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
    • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
    • Work closely with the product team to optimize marketing operations and support demo conversions as well as tech enabled projects such as product development in relation to client growth


    • A true sales person with proven track record of closing sales in an individual capacity
    • A leader who knows how to put the needs of the team before their own
    • Someone who can lead as well as manage, and embrace a player / coach mindset
    • Must have excellent/transparent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage up and down the chain of command
    • Ability to set and meet deadlines, drive pipeline and ultimate hit goals on a consistent basis
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach to their work, someone with a hunter mentality that is hyper competitive and enjoys leading a team closing new deals more than renewing existing ones


    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Extensive understanding of the CRE industry and office sector through no less than 3-5 years of commercial real estate industry sales experience
    • Ability to travel and regularly work extended hours
    • Ability to give and receive feedback in an objective manner
    • Ability to engage and lead a multi-generational workforce
