Your mission 

As a customer support content creator, you will be responsible for the content on our helpdesk. You will help write, research and initiate new content creation.

    • Curate and actively refine content on our helpdesk
    • Write target-group oriented and in-depth content for our helpdesk
    • Research complex topics related to cryptocurrencies
