Field of activity

    • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed and to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
    • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies in line with requirements for company licensed by a Financial Market Authority
    • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
    • Draft, modify and implement company policies and processes
    • Educate employees on not only the regulations but also the impact to the organisation if these are not complied with
    • Understand and keep up to date with relevant laws, regulatory developments, trends, and best practises and assess the potential impact of these changes on organisational processes
    • File appropriate compliance reports for management and external stakeholders

What you should offer

    • Experience as compliance manager preferably in a company licensed by a Financial Market Authority
    • Experienced in working with Austrian law
    • Degree in law, business administration or a comparable field
    • A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
    • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
    • An analytical mind able to understand the complexities of procedures and regulations
    • Fluent in German and English
    • Excellent communication skills
