Field of activity

    • Excellent understanding of and experience in regulatory and supervisory laws with a main focus on ZaDiG 2018
    • Excellent understanding of and experience in civil, contract and the relevant consumer protection laws
    • Advising, accompanying and supporting the operational areas in legal matters with an high level of personal responsibility
    • Examples of your daily working life at Bitpanda: Legal assessment of new products and ideas, accompanying the creation and implementation of new products, negotiating and drafting of contracts

What you should offer

    • Austrian Law Degree
    • At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or legal department of a company and in connection with the financial market
    • Austrian bar exam advantageous
    • Analytical, solution-oriented and precise way of working, you will play an important and active role in the process of the creation of new productsInterest and knowhow in the field of cryptocurrencies and/or new technologies
    • Excellent German and very good English skills
    • Team player
