Partner with senior leaders in GTM ( Sales, Customer Success, Growth) and develop, implement and drive a commercially credible People Strategy that proactively supports the business growth and success and upholds the culture and values of Bitrise.

As a HR Business Partner at Bitrise, you will

    • Develop the People strategy and operational delivery model in alignment with the local business objectives and the global business and People strategy, as well as local country requirements (legal/cultural).
    • Work in partnership with the leadership Team  to develop and grow a scalable organisation model that supports and delivers against the long term growth strategy of the business, through the effective and ongoing development of successful and best practice talent management strategies.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop a talent strategy that ensures the required skills, knowledge and experience are embedded in the team to maximise impact and capitalise on growth opportunities.
    • Evolve the organisational design in partnership with business leaders and collaborate with internal stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and Development to ensure that solutions, including succession planning, are in place
    • Advise and lead on all talent acquisition activities  and focus on getting new hires to effectiveness as quickly as possible.
    • Provide advice and challenge leaders on how to effectively deliver on  change initiatives with the business.
    • Work closely with specialist  teams (People / Finance/ Legal)  
    • Provide consultancy, counselling and development to leaders within the organisation to enable them to  maximise their potential and  develop high performing teams.
    • Bring innovation to the People function 
    • Champion the Bitrise values  and  contribute towards the mission and vision
    • Provide leaders with the coaching and tools necessary to accelerate their business relationships, develop their people and improve team results
    • Support Global Talent Acquisition Plans to ensure that Bitrise  identifies, attracts, hires and retains the best in the market through best practice Talent Acquisition model that works locally in the respective markets whilst conforming to the Selecting for Bitrise process and promotes Bitrise as an employer of choice in the market.
    • Ensure appropriate performance management and employee development initiatives in place across GTM to support both employee/Leader and company success. Pro-actively drive the talent agenda across the organisation working closely with PMO and Talent Development Team
    • Align and work with Global Reward to ensure that Compensation and Reward programmes across business areas/regions are competitive, cost effective, and compliant to local requirements whilst in alignment with Total Reward strategy for the business.
    • Identify medium/long term business challenges/needs and translate them into commercially focused People  solutions which support the delivery of the business’ strategy and OKRs
    • Deliver appropriate People Management reporting to the business, enabling informed decision making and measuring improvements in performance.
    • Challenge, coach and mentor respective business leaders on business and people issues to ensure they perform more effectively as an overall business
    • Contribute as a valued member to the Global People Leadership team to ensure that Bitrise’s Mission and Vision is delivered to support achievement of the overall business strategy and maintain the essence Bitrise
    • Mobility (% travel time required) - Virtual working but maybe required to travel for business meetings/company events
    • Business Level English mandatory

    • Good technical HR competence across all disciplines with emphasis on organisation design and talent management

In the first 6 months as a HR Business Partner you will

    • Look at organisation design and development and overall talent management strategy and work with relevant People Team Members and Leaders on initiatives that support, motivate, develop it’s people and contribute to company success.
    • Ensure that the business is able to attract and retain a high performing team and that aggressive headcount growth targets are addressed and achieved effectively 
    • Support an organisation that will grow aggressively  year on year and ensure that people strategies are developed and enhanced to support that growth.
    • Build solutions that resolve our current challenges, that are foundations upon which a longer term strategy is built.
    • Work with a range of management/leadership  capability in a fast paced environment.
    • Maintain strong balance between strategic elements of the job and driving operational excellence
    • To ensure compliance in respective regions and ensure the legal entities are compliant across all disciplines from a legal and employment law perspective.
    • OKRs – business performance (licence sales per head, market share, profit per head), % of A position s filled by A players, % of A players in A positions, Time to promotion/rotation for A players, time to hire for key recruits, Attrition, customer feedback on People Functional support, compliance to local legal requirements.

What would really knock our socks off

    • Understanding of Mobile Dev Apps market would be beneficial
    • Ideally worked in fast paced start up environment and demonstrated ability to help organisations scale quickly
