BizLibrary is looking to add an Account Executive to our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for landing net new logos to continually meet and exceed your quota. Reporting to our incredible Sales Director, you’ll have full sales cycle responsibility in the L&D industry’s premier sales organization. 

As an Account Executive, you'll be able to craft the perfect strategy to reach decision makers, problem-solve to overcome obstacles, and remain calm under deadlines to hit quotas. You'll need to be a motivator with high energy that strives to make the world a more compassionate and competent place as well as a resilient leader who can take charge of a full-cycle sales process. Our sales team currently utilizes the following tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Demand Base, and InsightSquared.

Previous Experience

    • You're an exceptional salesperson with 3-5 years of selling experience.
    • Proven track record of exceeding fully ramped quotas over time.
    • Experience within the L&D/content/LMS industry and/or high-growth SaaS experience is beneficial.
    • It’s critical that you have experience generating your own pipeline (prospecting!) and landing net new customers.  

Key Responsibilities

    • Closing net new business with accounts that have up to 4,999 employees
    • Consistently achieving quota assignment
    • Generating pipeline (prospecting!) to support your revenue goals
    • Providing accurate forecasts to sales management
    • Keeping Salesforce squeaky clean
    • Generally being a great member of our team culture and always serving as a top-notch brand ambassador
