Role Overview

You'll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, enabling internal teams, and ensuring our target audiences understand the value of our solutions. This role is critical to driving product adoption, market differentiation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Positioning & Messaging
    • Develop and continuously refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with HR, L&D, and compliance professionals.
    • Own and evolve value propositions for key product lines including BizLibrary Content, BizLMS, and BizSkills.
    • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-centric benefits.
    • Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution
    • Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, enhancements, and new offerings.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Client Success to ensure organizational readiness.
    • Create the messaging and strategy behind launch assets such as battlecards, pitch decks, landing pages, email campaigns, and internal enablement materials.
    • Sales & Customer Enablement
    • Develop and maintain sales tools and training resources that articulate product value and competitive differentiation.
    • Partner with Client Success to support feature adoption and ongoing client education.
    • Deliver enablement sessions and materials that empower teams to sell and support effectively.
    • Market & Customer Intelligence
    • Conduct competitive analysis, win/loss interviews, and customer research to inform product positioning and roadmap decisions.
    • Monitor industry trends in corporate learning, HR tech, and compliance training to guide strategic direction.
    • Serve as a voice of the customer within the organization.
    • Content & Campaign Collaboration
    • Partner with the Demand Generation team to support campaign planning and content creation (e.g., webinars, whitepapers, blog posts).
    • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product messaging is consistently represented across all external communications.

Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or HR technology.
    • Proven success in launching new products or features and supporting B2B go-to-market teams.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
