Your mission
We’re looking for a new apprentice to join the Automated Programs team.📲 

Automated Programs team:
The mission of this team is to leverage our owned channels (email, push, inbox) to increase the activity of members on the platform & market new features to our members.

Your Responsibilities

    • You will work closely with the Braze Communications managers to lead CRM automated programs on our owned channels (email, push notifications, in-product communications) for several markets
    • You will be supporting the content creation process, coordinating with designers and copywriters
    • You will be in charge of analyzing the programs performance & provide recommendations accordingly
    • You will also contribute to the Benchmarking to gather CRM best practices on the market

Your Qualifications:

    • You have at least one previous internship experience in a marketing, product or project management role
    • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
    • You are detail-oriented, organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
    • You are fluent in English, French is a plus
