Your Mission
We are looking for a Tech and Ops Project Manager to join the Pro marketplace team at BlaBlaCar. The mission is to connect and onboard Brazilian carriers to the marketplace .

Pro Marketplace business unit operates in different geographies in Eastern Europe and Latam (Ukraine, Poland, Brazil), and we need to deal with the many local challenges: specificities of the tech ecosystem, regulations, and passenger behavior peculiarities. On top of that, it’s very important to be in touch with carriers and IMS providers.

As Tech and Ops Project Manager, your role will be to connect and onboard brazilian carriers, ensure them the best experience and maintain the best level of service in terms of platform availability, observability, user experience and customer support.
You will be reporting to the Head of Marketplace Brazil and working closely with 3 people (2 API Integration Managers and 1 monitoring Ops Manager)

Your responsabilities

    • Ensure the connection development delivers the maximum possible value and brings business success to both the carriers and BlaBlaCar.
    • Be the primary point of contact about any questions related to the API protocols for Brazilian carriers and customers experience
    • Provide the engineering teams with the documentation needed for the API Protocols development and collaborate with Product Manager Connection Platform in building the roadmap for the squad
    • Organize the work of QA for API Connections, Clean Data Manager, and Technical Support Engineer  in Brazil in a most efficient way to deliver the objectives above
    • Support Pro Marketplace Growth Team in identifying opportunities and problems related to PMP in Brazil on a regular basis: communicate the major growth drivers or blockers identified for the Brazilian market.

Your Qualifications

    • Strong project management and technical consulting experience
    • Ability to deliver a structured communication with diverse stakeholders
    • You are organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
    • You have a product vision
    • Fluency in English
    • Transport or bus network experience would be a plus
    • Experience as engineering customer and/or partnership management is a plus
