Black Crow is changing that--fast. Founded by a team that has spent the last decade in machine learning, our mission is to help DTC brands turbocharge their growth by delivering bespoke, Fortune 500-grade ML predictions. It works out of the box, delivered as a service, and costs less than one data scientist. Integration: one click.
12 months ago, we had one DTC brand using our predictions. Now we have over 150 — including Solo Stove, the RealReal, SAKARA, Native, Keurig, and Bearaby. There are 50,000 more who haven’t heard of us yet.

This is the 3rd company Black Crow’s founders have started together. Both previous companies scaled to >$100MM and were voted ‘Best Places to Work’ in NYC many times.

Where you come in.
Black Crow AI is looking for an ambitious Head of Product and Customer marketing to help drive our rapid growth. Given the traction we have with our platform, we plan to significantly expand our marketing activity to get our message out and to drive new opportunities at the top of the funnel.
Because Black Crow AI’s product is both novel and in a complex field, product marketing will be an essential part of our success. We need to educate our potential clients about the product to remove barriers to purchase.
We want to create a strong product marketing activity plan that both educates our clients and enables the sales team to drive rapid success. We want to position Black Crow AI as authority on machine learning for DTC / Ecommerce stores. We also want to constantly test and learn from our marketing activity.
As our client base rapidly grows, we want to continue to engage our customers with new products and opportunities to use the Black Crow AI platform more effectively. We also want to learn with them, to find new ways of applying our approach to prediction.
Experience of product marketing for a B2B SaaS business is essential, with an understanding of AI / ML an important bonus.
What you’ve done
At least 4+ years in product marketing for a B2B SaaS company. If you’ve done that for a SaaS company based on AI / ML, that would be an important plus. At least 8 years of marketing experience overall. An understanding of marketing to marketers would also be highly useful and relevant experience.
You have experience of leading marketers to execute the product marketing strategy. Ideally, you will have set up and built a product marketing function before. You are passionate about customers and work to build and share customer insights that will drive sales & marketing success.
You have a track record of creating compelling product marketing for B2B SaaS brands, and of creating product and customer marketing collateral that quantifiably works. You should be able to both create a strategy for the product marketing, and be able to oversee others to execute it.
You can work effectively with sales teams, enabling them to secure high conversion rates and shorten selling cycles.
