Our Mission: To democratise cyber resilience.

Our Vision: A world where organisations of all sizes have access to best-in-class cyber incident response and insurance solutions, so they can conduct business securely and sustainably.

What are we looking for:
Product is at the heart of what Blackpanda does. We’re looking for a Director of Product who thrives on being able to lead and develop a platform and suite of products that work hand in hand with our service offerings.

Working within the Technology and Product vertical (aka TechProd), you will guide Blackpanda’s product development - from concept through discovery, development, release, and ongoing improvement. We currently have five product streams anchoring our B2B platform offering which targets enterprises of all sizes seeking to prepare for, prevent, and respond to cybersecurity incidents and breaches.

Blackpanda is venture-backed and is poised to win a major new space in the cyber risk, cyber security and cyber insurance markets. You will be right in the middle of the action and have the remit to create incredible, forward-looking digital products for the APAC market, backed and supported by domain knowledge experts within the company.

You should have a minimum of 5 years of solid experience already, primarily within the B2B space. We’re flexible on how you managed to walk to get here as we find the best product managers often come from non-traditional backgrounds and have not necessarily had a straight line to their current role.

We do expect you to have a strong foundation in B2B products from conception to launch and you get bonus points if you’ve had experience in cybersecurity. We are looking for people who have managed the entire product lifecycle from conception, to research, validation, execution, launch, and evolution and can work in a highly collaborative manner with groups like Marketing for developing Sales and Marketing Collateral and features such as trials and demos as well as being able to handle operational and feedback with Customer Success.

As our key Product Manager, you’ll be steward of the development of our existing platform and products. You'll closely work with Engineering (and Design), Customer Success, Sales and Marketing, and our Cyber Insurance teams to shape, prioritize, and deliver Blackpanda's product roadmap.

Please get in touch if the above sounds like you!

    • Collaboration - You will collaborate across teams, working closely with UI/UX and engineering teams (internal and carefully selected vendors) to ensure a cohesive and excellent user experience across our products, whilst ensuring features that move the needle are prioritized.

    • Delivery - You’ll be a key member ensuring  that the entire team (TechProd) delivers on roadmap commitments reliably and consistently, supported by the OKR framework, setting and delivering on outcomes on a quarterly basis, and guiding your team through their responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

    • You’ve successfully delivered substantial product features as a Senior/Product Manager for 3-5 years in a medium sized (50+) B2B organization or startup, and can balance competing and often changing priorities due to customer and commercial demands.
