Our Mission: To democratise cyber resilience.

Our Vision: A world where organisations of all sizes have access to best-in-class cyber incident response and insurance solutions, so they can conduct business securely and sustainably.

What we are looking for:
Blackpanda seeks to hire a Chief Financial Officer capable of designing and pitching the right investment story to the market, as well as responsible for all investor relations.  A strong internal team of four exists already covering Legal, Administration, IT, Accounting, and Financial Control.  Thus the CFO role is predominantly focused on raising capital and ownership of the financial model. In short, the CFO role at Blackpanda is the type that largely focuses on early-stage financing strategy and execution, and would require supervisory oversight of the above-mentioned back-office functions.

Blackpanda is searching for an experienced early-stage venture capitalist investor at least having reached Principal level and has an active network of institutional investors in the Asia region along with strong deal experience, or equitable background.  TMT investment bankers at a minimum of Executive Director level may also apply, but experience with early-stage ventures is preferred.  This individual most likely has reached the typical point of their career where they have accumulated enough capital and experience in the services side of industry to be financially stable and are now hungry for a shot to build something themselves.

The greatest priority would be given to financial professionals with the above experience-base, and industry knowledge or direct experience working with cybersecurity firms.

If you are the type of financial professional who has excelled in his or her career to-date, but are seeking more meaning and a sense of self-satisfaction with truly adding value and purpose, then you have come to the right place!
