    • Execute internal communication and training programs that inspire employee engagement and support Blend’s strategy, values and culture
    • Planning and execution focused on: employee survey tools; employee engagement; writing and editing internal copy and leading maintenance of our corporate intranet
    • Drive coordination and administrative support for on-boarding and training programs
    • Strategize and develop concepts to enhance/sustain Blend’s culture as we grow
    • Ensure timely delivery of all programs and products; foresee and navigate potential conflicts and dependencies
    • Schedule/coordinate all company meetings; manage logistics related to company-wide events
    • Design and coordinate slide decks for large groups and key presentations
    • Craft, deploy and analyze company-wide employee surveys; make recommendations based on findings
    • Process vendor and event contracts; demonstrable ability to manage budgets
    • Assist with editorial calendar and content development for corporate intranet, digital signage, and weekly all-hands


    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate communications, copywriting, training or a related field
    • Exercises independent judgment in the creation and distribution of company related public communications
    • Demonstrable expertise in designing presentations and using the standard suite of collaboration tools (G Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint, Spreadsheets)
    • Demonstrated background creating content and messaging for diverse audiences across a variety of formats
    • Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a dynamic, ever changing environment
    • The ability to work effectively under deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to collaborate and develop strong working relationships
    • Excellent written and oral communication and visual presentation skills
