As Research Operations Specialist, you will assist the user research team by recruiting, coordinating, and scheduling research participants while communicating and advocating for user research projects and initiatives.
- You recruit participants based on predefined recruitment criteria and project priorities.
- You communicate research schedules and sessions to stakeholders, and where relevant, the entire team.
- You manage, maintain, and evolve our processes, tools, and the Blinkist Research Panel – our in-house, opt-in database for participants.
This is an entry-level opportunity for you to make a big impact on our organisation and empathise with customers, readers, and listeners.
To be successful in this role, we believe you need at least 1+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally in the context of developing software products and fluency in English, with excellent verbal communication and writing skills. We expect you to offer alternatives and responses to unforeseen recruitment and scheduling issues, such as no-shows and potential blacklisting of participants. Ideally, but not necessarily, you have experience with qualitative or quantitative user research as part of previous work, studies, or internships.
Beyond that, we want to hear from you: Why is this role a great fit for you?
