Your Role: The team is growing at Blinq and we are to add to the already super talent bunch we have! As the Junior to Mid-Level Talent Partner, you'll be our talent orchestrator, the architect of opportunity, and the ambassador of "heck yes, let's do this!" This role is a mix of pipeline management, coordination, onboarding and a sprinkle of HR operation. Reporting to the Head of People, you'll be the bridge between brilliant minds and incredible careers.
What You'll Do:
- Casting the net wide – you'll be recruiting across the entire spectrum, from visionary coders and UX wizards to sales virtuosos and marketing mavericks globally
- Crafting job ads that grab attention and hold onto it like a captivating story.
- Rocking interviews like a pro, digging deep to unveil the gems within.
- Keeping our candidates jazzed and feeling the Blinq vibe throughout the journey.
- Collaborating with teams to keep the talent train on track.
- Help with any coordination and HR admin to make our new blinqer's transition smooth
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
