What is Blinq?
Blinq is building the fastest, most intuitive way to share who you are and remember who you meet. What started as the world’s #1 digital business card is now the starting point for over 50 million new relationships a year - and growing at unicorn pace.

Our vision is to build the world’s intelligence layer for professional relationships - one that remembers for you, prompts when it matters, and keeps you in play. If that’s the kind of scale and ambition you want to be part of, you’re in the right place.

Why You’ll Love It Here
Rapid growth: Doubling ARR every few months, expanding our product surface, and rapidly building our team across Sydney, San Francisco, Melbourne, and New York.
Well-resourced: $45m+ raised from the likes of Blackbird, Touring Capital, Hubspot Ventures, and Square Peg - we’re continuously investing in the people and tools that fuel our mission.
A rare moment to join: We’re hitting an inflection point - big enough to have momentum, small enough for you to shape the journey.
Customers love it: 140k+ reviews and a 4.9/5 rating on the App Store - people around the world rely on Blinq to make that first interaction count.
We work in person, on purpose: We believe creativity and energy are better face-to-face - so we spend 3 days a week in the office and the rest where you work best.

Growth at Blinq
Our Growth team is where sales, marketing, and growth strategy collide to supercharge Blinq’s reach. We bring our story to life for customers, partners, and the broader market - showing them how a single “card share” can launch a lasting relationship. If you’re passionate about connecting big ideas to the people who need them most, this is your place to shine.

Role & Impact
You’ll treat the Blinq website like a product, not a project. You’ll sit at the centre of growth, storytelling, and decision-making. You’ll bring the same care to a site migration as you do to a new campaign launch. You’ll bridge internal teams and external partners, manage performance, protect the brand, and keep our site moving at the pace of the business. This isn’t a “webmaster” role. It’s a strategic, cross-functional seat built for someone who blends product thinking, design taste, and sharp prioritisation.

What You'll Do

    • You’ll lead the performance, experience, and evolution of our website. You’ll make sure it converts, reflects the brand, and adapts quickly to our go-to-market motion.
    • Run the website as a standalone product with a clear roadmap, prioritised backlog, and performance goals
    • Lead design decisions in partnership with brand across structure, hierarchy, and mobile UX
    • Manage and brief agencies or freelancers with clear standards and fast timelines
    • Build fast-turn pages to support campaigns, events, or product launches alongside content and growth
    • Align internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales to ensure the site reflects what matters now
    • Bonus: bring light CRO or SEO experience to help guide testing, structure, and conversion hygiene

What You'll Bring

    • 5–8 years in digital, growth, or ecommerce marketing with at least 2 years owning a B2B site end to end
    • Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms like Webflow, plus basic analytics reporting
    • Comfortable navigating Figma - you can review designs, give clear feedback, and collaborate with design partners
    • Confident managing freelancers or agencies with clear briefs and sharp feedback
    • Familiar with tools like VWO or Google Optimize (or similar) to support light testing or collaborate on CRO
    • Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner who can lead web work without slowing teams down
    • Bonus: experience in CRO, SEO, or copy testing, especially in content-led or SaaS environments
