Role & Impact

We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketing expert to drive and scale our customer acquisition motions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful channel strategies that align with overarching marketing goals. This role is ideal for a strong analytical mind who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands PLG dynamics, and is eager to rapidly test and innovate in the evolving landscape of AI-driven marketing.

You will play a critical role in driving growth for a high-scale startup, leading digital campaigns, experimenting with new approaches, and building channels from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

    • Develop and execute data-driven acquisition growth strategies, setting ambitious and measurable goals for volume and efficiency
    • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution from ideation and targeting to creative optimization and performance analysis
    • Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to continuously refine ad creative, audience targeting, and bid strategies
    • Leverage data and analytics to inform bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative approaches that enhance performance and efficiency
    • Partner with teams across Brand, Product, and Data Engineering to ensure your channels are delivering against targets

What You’ll Bring

    • 4+ years of experience in Growth or Digital MarketingExperience in high-growth companies preferably in SaaS with understanding of self-service flywheels
    • Curiosity to adopt new marketing strategies, tools, and AI-powered solutions to gain an edge
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis. Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Looker a plus
    • Experience building performance marketing channels from scratch, balancing effort vs reward to prioritize more impactful returns
    • You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are not intimidated by ambiguity or change. You enjoy new challenges and jump in headfirst when facing an issue
    • High level of ownership, accountability & ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different projects
