We’re now looking for a Creative Designer - a hybrid creative powerhouse who can move fluidly between design execution and big-picture storytelling. Someone who thrives on craft but also sees the brand as a whole system to be shaped.
What You'll Do
- Design across every touchpoint: brand campaigns, web, product visuals, content, merch - anywhere our brand comes to life
- Bring clarity and story to the product: craft visuals that make our product instantly understandable and memorable
- Experiment and push creative: from motion and video to new formats and experiences
- Collaborate across teams: sit within Brand but partner closely with Product, Marketing, and People to make the brand felt everywhere
- Direct and partner: guide external creatives and freelancers to scale our output without losing consistency
- Evolve the brand: help shape a visual identity that’s about to enter its most exciting phase yet
What You'll Bring
- 3-4 years experience as a creative generalist with a spike in graphic design
- Highly executional, but with a knack for thinking conceptually and telling a story visually
- Comfortable in Figma (bonus points if you’ve dabbled in motion or video tools)
- Leverages AI tools to work faster and smarter - you know how to prototype, ideate, and scale creative using the best tech available
- Energised by variety - switching from merch to motion to marketing in the same week excites you
- Hungry to grow, thrive in fast-moving environments, and keen to leave your fingerprint on a category-defining brand
