Account Executive

As an Account Executive at BloomNation, you will be on the ground floor of a high-growth technology startup and an Inside Sales team that is actively disrupting the $35B retail floral industry. You will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and conducting online demonstrations of our platform to florists across the country, and will play a pivotal role in our customer acquisition and revenue goals for 2019.

More specifically, you will be:

    • Exceeding your monthly sales quota and inspiring others to do the same
    • An expert on the BloomNation product suite and an evangelist of our serviceIdentifying the pain points of prospective florists and how our platform can provide solutions
    • Managing and forecasting an accurate sales opportunity pipeline
    • Managing a high volume of calls, emails, and workflow daily
    • Building strong and empathetic relationships with potential clients Participating in weekly sales training, one-on-ones, and mentorship of junior teammates

You will excel if you have:

    • 1+ years of high-volume, short-cycle, and quota-driven sales experience (B2B is a plus!)
    • A track record of proven performance and success - top 10% - bring your “brag book!”
    • Strong phone presence and ability to give virtual demos
    • Experience using inside sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.)
    • A knack for being organized, coachable, enthusiastic, driven & focused
    • High energy with a "roll your sleeves up" attitude
    • A self-motivated and ready to problem-solve demeanor
    • The desire to be a team player who and contribute to a fast-paced, employee-centric environment
