🛠️ Operations team at Bloom & Wild
Our warehouse operations team is dedicated to crafting exquisite bouquets daily, with the ultimate goal of delighting our customers. This encapsulates the mission of the Styling & Quality (S&Q) Team at bloomon. We specialize in transforming our designers' visions into tangible, ship-ready bouquets. Our ongoing challenge is to uphold the highest standards of flower quality throughout every stage of production.
How do we achieve this? We work with a close-knit team of about 8-10 people, consisting of Stylists, Production Stylists and Quality Controllers. Production stylists ensure the design and flower quality are preserved during production, Quality controllers check and provide feedback to buyers on the incoming flower quality. The S&Q team is known for being hands-on, passionate, and sometimes a bit headstrong to ensure the customer comes first in our operational processes.

⚙️ What you'll be doing:

    • Monitoring the design & quality of the bouquets during the production
    • Ensuring that every bouquet meets the quality requirements of bloomon. This includes physical checks during each design production; damage and breakage checks, length of stems, all stems complete, green zone clean
    • Removing below-bar quality bouquets from dispatch, and notifying the Production Stylists 
    • Log any findings to ensure improvements can be made 
    • Collaborating closely with Production Stylists to clearly articulate necessary adjustments, ensuring they are equipped to effectively coach line members on implementation
    • Conducting morning check-ins with the team to assess the day's priorities and holding debrief sessions after the shift for open discussions and reflections
    • Bouquet inspection may entail the need for bouquet refinement and stem realignment at the end of the production line.
