We try to come together as a full team once a year in either London or Amsterdam for an offsite, and throughout the rest of the year we gather in our respective country teams as frequently as we can!

💻 What you’ll be doing 
Reporting to Rachael, our Head of Subscriptions (bloomon), you'll drive commercial performance of our subscriptions for the bloomon brand.  Covering 5 geographies, you will work with a wide range of different teams within the business to increase the size of our active subscriber base - through new customer acquisition, reactivating previous customers and reducing churn of our existing customers. 

You’ll be the eyes and ears of the customer, highlighting data-led areas for improvement and managing initiatives to drive that improvement - to build an experience that our customers love and advocate for!

We have big growth and profitability ambitions for the subscriptions part of our business.  This is a new role and a great opportunity for someone who’s excited by the idea of working for a fast paced, data-driven business, who’s got some exciting challenges to solve! 

⚙️ Responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborate with the broader Commercial team (Trading in particular) to deliver our subscriptions commercial roadmap, ensuring best practice throughout.
    • Monitor and drive reactivation and churn metrics with our Retention team - by testing campaigns on various marketing channels and lead the way on reporting the success of these initiatives
    • With our Product and Design teams, review the current customer experience and benchmark the experience of other subscription businesses - ensuring we build functionality to meet customer needs, and meaningfully impact the metrics we care about
    • Test new acquisition strategies tailored to our brands and markets. Test different incentive strategies and prove the value of each of them
    • Alongside our Range and Operations teams, model best operational practices for our subscriptions. Highlight the importance and value of alternate operational models to the wider business, and work with our ops team to implement these initiatives
    • Be the voice of subscription customers as we develop improvements to our proposition.
    • Lead the way on key metrics to report success. You'll work closely with Business Intelligence to model lifetime value of our subscribers and identify how we can predict
    • Become the point person for subscription customer base movement. Understand seasonal variation, and become familiar with key metrics including churn, reactivation, frequency, AOV
    • Prepare metrics and commentary for key performance meetings

    • 2-3 years professional experience, preferably in a commercial, analytical or operational role
    • Proactive and results-driven, with a keen desire to learn 
    • Passionate about customer experience and putting the customer first
    • Highly logical in your approach to solving problems - you like finding simplicity within complexity
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
    • Ability to work collaboratively, with a high attention to detail combined with pragmatism and the ability to get stuff done
    • Excited to work in a fast paced environment, confident with multi-tasking, working to tight deadlines - and like to have fun along the way!
