🛠️ The Brand Team @ Bloom & Wild Group
We’re a vibrant and dynamic bunch of 15 creative thinkers across 3 disciplines: brand (including brand management, brand partnerships and social media), creative (including creative concepting, art direction and copywriting, production, graphic, content and physical product design) and communications (consumer PR). 

We’re responsible for our global brand strategy and creative output, and work with teams across the business in all markets to bring this to life. We use customer insight and creative flair to build uplifting and innovative brand experiences for our customers and constantly challenge ourselves to do better. We collaborate closely with Research to inform our thinking, the Range and Commercial teams on designing our products and services, with the Germany team on plans that resonate in their local market, and with our Digital Product and Design teams on our website and app.

This role reports to Jo, our Brand & Range Director.

⚙️ What you'll be doing:
We are looking for a Senior PR Manager to join us for a 12 month FTC at Bloom & Wild starting at the end of October 2025. This role reports to our Brand & Range Director and joins an agile team of 5 brand specialists. 

This role owns the consumer PR function for the Bloom & Wild brand across both of our markets (UK & DE). You’ll be joining a fast-paced team, responsible for defining and driving our external consumer comms strategy, building brand love and affinity, and delivering best-in-class, impactful PR campaigns.

    • You'll own and deliver against our PR and comms strategy, delivering always-on drumbeat product placement coverage as well as brand campaign coverage at key seasonal moments.
    • You’ll plan strategic and creative PR activations which compliment paid and owned activity across brand campaigns and earn cut-through, with the support of the wider Brand team and third party agencies where relevant. 
    • You'll identify and nurture relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to enable you to secure quality earned media coverage. 
    • You’ll champion the role of PR across wider marketing teams, providing industry insights and expertise to ensure the strongest possible campaigns. 
    • You’ll measure all coverage against clear KPIs and report on the ROI of your activity. You’ll have a test-and-learn mentality and spot opportunities for improvement with comprehensive reviews and recommendations for the future.
    • You’ll own and oversee our relationship with a PR freelancer in Germany, working with them to shape, iterate, execute and report on activity in the market.
    • You’ll be a strong collaborator and work cross-functionally with teams including Creative, Range, SEO and Digital Marketing to deliver the best work possible. 
    • You’ll own and manage the PR budget, ensuring maximum value and effectiveness.

✅ You’ll love this role if you…

    • 7+ years of experience in a PR or communications role, ideally in-house
    • Experience working on ecommerce or D2C brands.
    • Experience across as many PR touchpoints as possible, including product placement, brand campaigns, partnerships, corporate communications, affiliates and SEO.
    • Experience working collaboratively with creative teams to create work that is inspiring, engaging, and delivers results.
    • Experience managing project budgets and agency relationships.
