BlueCloud Services, Inc. has an opening for the position of Legal Counsel(Ref# LC721DK).

 

Work Location:  100 S. Ashley Dr., Suite 600 - #2045, Tampa, FL 33602.  Position may telecommute/work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.  Position requires up to 20% international travel.

 

Job Duties:  Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including contracts, business transactions, and corporate governance.  Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, such as commercial agreements, corporate documents, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, master service agreements, and service contracts.  Ensure that all contracts and business transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies across multiple jurisdictions.  Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks, providing timely updates to senior management and proposing necessary adjustments to company practices.  Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations, advising on their implications for the company’s operations.  Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance, human resources, and operations, to provide proactive legal support for business initiatives.

 

Requirements:  This position requires a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.  Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Legal Intern, Legal Research Assistant, Attorney, or related experience.  Position requires 1 year of experience with corporate law.  Position requires active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.  40hrs/week.
