About the job
A critical member of the Brand team, the Manager, Brand Marketing Operations, will drive the creation of a global marketing operation process that allows for seamless execution of the seasonal marketing strategy. You will report directly into the Global Director, Brand Operations. You will partner with Brand Leaders (N. America, Japan, Korea, Greater China, Hong Kong) to support the planning and implementation of seasonal calendars to ensure both product and brand initiatives are brought to life across all touchpoints. In this role, you will manage the organization and communication of marketing timelines and milestones to ensure accountability and delivery expectations are clear within the Marketing team.
This role requires in-person meetings on an as-needed basis. As such, there is a strong preference for candidates located locally in the Los Angeles area.

The San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC Metro, New York City Metro, Las Vegas
You will:
- You maintain the global marketing playbook that supports improved workflow and automation, and create tools needed to seamlessly execute on the brand marketing plan.
- You will be a partner to the regional brand leaders and support in the planning of the marketing calendar and seamless execution of the brand initiatives from start to finish.
- You will work closely with the Global Director, Brand Operations, to ensure we are delivering brand plans on time and on budget.
- You will manage clear communication and expectation setting with all cross-functional partners so the Marketing team is able to hit timelines and deliver what is needed to execute on the brand plan.
- You will create a global marketing reporting structure to share objectives and KPI’s and the outcome of marketing initiatives and performance on a seasonal basis.
- Partner with the cross-functional team to test, measure effectiveness, and optimize brand marketing campaign initiatives.
- Own some Creative and Marketing projects from start to finish to support initiatives.
- Rally and inspire a cross-functional team of creatives, digital marketers, product managers, and retail leaders to align collective work around product stories and launches.
You are:
- A detail-oriented operator with a deep understanding of marketing strategy and brand.
- Deeply collaborative, comfortable jumping in and working closely with cross-functional teams to create processes that positively impact the Brand organization.
- An exceptional communicator and leader.
- You’re a strategic thinker, making qualitatively and quantitatively informed decisions, based on thoughtful reasoning and analysis, but comfortable taking big creative risks when the situation is right.
- Entrepreneurial, identifying opportunities to create systems and programs where there were none before.
You have:
- 5-7 years of experience in a marketing or relevant marketing project management role
- Experience working on integrated marketing plans
- Experience presenting to large cross-functional teams
- Experience working for a food and beverage or lifestyle brand is a plus
- Experience working with global teams is a plus

Compensation:
- This position has a salary range of $119,000-$165,000. This salary is a good-faith estimate for this position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
$119,000 - $165,000 a year
