BlueCat is looking for a dynamic, energetic, dependable, take-charge Senior Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant at BlueCat Networks provides direct administrative support to the CCO, CRO & CMO. This role is responsible not only for performing executive duties to ensure an efficient, well-maintained and professional corporate environment but as well perpetuating integrity as the front facing liaison for the C-levels. The successful candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks and possess superlative communication skills.

THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Responsibilities:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to BlueCat’s Executive leaders on an as needed basis.
· Perform administrative tasks including; calendar management, phone screening, travel arrangement (domestic & abroad), preparing and tracking expense reports, weekly departmental team minutes
· Coordinate and prepare for meetings and conference calls, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, internal communications
· Create, edit and proofread business communications and documents as needed utilizing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Slack
· Coordinate quarterly All Hands and monthly company social events and work with executive leaders to prepare presentations, internal communication and awards
· Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate department and outside organizations
· Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally to achieve goals of the organization

Requirements:
· Associate/Bachelor’s degree required and at least 3-5 years of executive assistant experience for C-suite
· Technology company experience preferred
· Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
· Ability to manage multiple demands, work independently and meet deadlines
· Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web applications; Some knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
· Experience with productivity apps (HR, expense reporting, travel, purchasing, etc) is preferred
· Excellent customer service, organization skills and attention to detail
· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and ability to maintain professionalism in diverse circumstances
· Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization including executives, vendors, internal customers and partners
· Proven project management ability
· Excellent common sense and ability to make solid judgment calls independently
